SANDER VAN DOORN & FIREBEATZ GET THE GUITAR OUT
POSTED BY MIKE DAVIES UNDER ELECTRO HOUSE
Often the most difficult part of writing a track is naming it, so Sander Van Doorn andFirebeatz have kept things literal with their long-awaited collab, simply entitled Guitar Track.
Leaked months ago on Spinnin'sSoundCloud page--either by accident or as a clever PR stunt--the track created a lot of hype. With its big, brash electro grooves and the mellow, electro-acoustic axe-riff the song takes

Just in time for the craziness that is Miami Music Week, Moby and Lucky Date have released their explosive electro collaboration,Delay. The track is bursting with energy starting with a buildup that prepares the listener for the onslaught of electro synths and blaring horns to come.
It's no coincidence that Delay sees a release just as festival season begins, with the track ready to shine in front of large, boisterous crowds. Don't be surprised if yo

Rarely does a producer break into electronic music with a name as gargantuan as Tiesto(head injury or no head injury), yet Scotsman Jack Eye Jones realizes a major milestone in his bubbling DJ career as Tiesto's Remix of his anthemic Playground releases on his very own IBZ label through Beatport this morning.
While an unknown in the States, Jack, whodescribes his sound as "the harder end of progressive electro house," has built a respectable presence in Europe. His monthly podcast series Ibiza Sessions is a regular on the Top 10 iTunes UK Chart, he's shared the stages of Ibiza's hallowed venues with the likes of Mark Knight, Dyro, and Dannic, and he made his way to Creamfields' Cream Friends Arena last year.
The release of Tiesto's Playground remix comes at the perfect time for big room fans making the sacred pilgrimage to Miami this week. The track announces its arrival with a monstrous bassline pulled along by screaming synths and deep, resounding saws. The euphoric violence transitions into voluminous melody filled with the essence of electronic beauty, a beauty that unexpectedly drops into the perfect mix of earth-shattering four-on-the-floor thumping and an insanely addictive horn synth.
Playground marks the arrival of Jack Eye Jones onto the world-wide EDM stage--expect for this anthem to crowds into a frenzy at a festival near you. Keep on the lookout for the Scotsman and be sure to pick up your copy of Playground on Beatport today!
